(01) Why BMS jobs stall
A two-day BMS job rarely fails on site. It fails on access, paperwork and coordination.
Most BMS work is small in scope and heavy in coordination. A single energy meter needs a shutdown window, RAMS approved by the site, controller logins, up-to-date drawings and someone who checks that the new points actually reach the front end. When nobody owns those steps, a two-day job turns into a two-month ticket.
We own them: scope, documents, access, subcontractor and handover. Your team approves the quotation and signs the acceptance protocol. Everything in between is on us.
(02) What we deliver

Energy metering and sub-metering
Modbus and M-Bus energy meters, split-core current transformers, cabling and integration into your existing BMS. Points are mapped, trended and checked on the front end before the team leaves site.

BMS surveys and condition audits
Survey of controllers, field devices, network and graphics. You get a written report with findings, photos, risks and a priced list of recommendations ready for budget approval.

Upgrades, extensions and migrations
Controller replacements, new points and plant, legacy system migrations and front-end upgrades. Planned around occupancy and production, with an agreed fallback for every cutover.

Service and maintenance
Planned preventive maintenance, fault finding and call-outs. A short report after every visit, with a clear list of what needs attention next.

Our delivery partners work on the systems already installed on your sites, so there is no need to replace a platform to get work done.

Offices, production plants and logistics centres in Poland and across Europe. For multi-site rollouts we keep one standard of documents and one contact person, whatever the country.
(06) Questions
Do you install and program the BMS yourselves?
Installation and programming are done by qualified subcontractors selected for each scope and platform. We manage the contract: quotation, documents, schedule, supervision and handover. You deal with one company and receive one invoice.
How quickly do we get a quotation?
We confirm every enquiry within one working day. Small scopes are usually quoted after a single site survey. Multi-site rollouts are quoted after surveying a representative site.
Can you work on a live production site?
Yes. Work is planned around production and occupancy, shutdowns are agreed with the site in advance, and permits and lock-out procedures follow the site's own rules.
